Thank you to the 450+ registered presenters and STEAM professionals who helped make the 2025 Wisconsin Science Festival an unforgettable celebration of curiosity and discovery! Our presenter registration form is for students, researchers, outreach groups, sponsors, and other festival partners signing up to share their science through hands-on engagement, open houses, tours, science shows, and more during the 2026 Wisconsin Science Festival. General volunteering opportunities will be announced in summer 2026.

There are two primary opportunities to sign-up to share your science at festival-organized events:

• Thursday, October 15th, 5:00-9:00pm – Science on the Square (downtown Madison)
• Tuesday, October 20th, 9:30am-1:30pm – Field Trip Expo in the Discovery Building

If you are interested in participating with the festival by hosting your own event, please visit our event host page for submission instructions.
