Thank you to the 450+ registered presenters and STEAM professionals who helped make the 2025 Wisconsin Science Festival an unforgettable celebration of curiosity and discovery! Our presenter registration form is for students, researchers, outreach groups, sponsors, and other festival partners signing up to share their science through hands-on engagement, open houses, tours, science shows, and more during the 2026 Wisconsin Science Festival. General volunteering opportunities will be announced in summer 2026.

There are two primary opportunities to sign-up to share your science at festival-organized events:

• Thursday, October 15th, 5:00-9:00pm – Science on the Square (downtown Madison)
• Tuesday, October 20th, 9:30am-1:30pm – Field Trip Expo in the Discovery Building

Additional opportunities that are available in the presenter registration form (more details are provided in the form):

• Stumble into Science Pub Crawl – Thursday, October 15th, 6-10pm

• Become a scientist-in-residence at one of downtown Madison’s signature pubs for an evening! Engage with the pub crawl participants and share a little about your research and answer their most pressing questions. Hang out and chat with other folks who stumble in throughout the evening or join the crawl and carry on to the next location and meet other researchers

• Fill out the presenter interest form here or complete the presenter registration form above!

• Science & Soccer Night with Forward Madison FC – Saturday, October 17th, 4-5pm
• Help create a fun, educational, and engaging matchday experience for families across Madison with interactive science stations and activities before kickoff!
