At each session of Little Scientists, you and your child will get the materials you need to create simple – but fun and educational – effects. For ages 2-4 years old. Do you love to follow clues and solve puzzles? Unlock-the-Box is an opportunity for children grades 2-5 to work as a team to beat the clock and open the box before it’s too late! This weather-related program uses BreakoutEDU to provide a fun, educational experience for all involved. Registration is required for this program as space is limited. Raptor ecologists face many conservation challenges. Environmental contamination, habitat loss and climate change have the most dramatic effect on apex predators, making raptors strong indicators of overall ecosystem health. Live birds will provide unique opportunities to explore past and present issues in conservation and highlight conservation successes.
