Submit Your Statewide Festival Event

Complete the fields below to submit your event to the Wisconsin Science Festival. If you have any questions about your event, please reach out to us at info@wiscifest.org or read through our event submission tips. Submissions will continue to be accepted through to the start of the festival!

Notes:

  • Please start typing your organization or venue name and look through the existing list to be sure your org/venue is not already listed. If it is not listed, type your org/venue name and click “create”. If you are a UW system school, please look for your school name before building name (e.g., UW-Madison Discovery Building).
  • The preferred aspect ratio for submitted images to be used as the event feature image is 16:9. Example: 1920x1080px or 1080x720px.
  • Your contact information (name, phone number, email, and mailing address) will not be shared on your event listing. This information will be used by the festival team for communications related to your event only.
  • If you are a presenter looking to share your science at Science on the Square and/or the Discovery Field Trip Expo, please visit our opportunities for scientists page to register for these events.
  • After clicking ‘Submit Event,’ you will not receive an automated confirmation email! You will be able to see the list of your successfully submitted events in your WiSciFest account and track their status from draft to publish. Once your event has been reviewed by our team, you will get an email with more details from our team!
