You will not receive an automatic confirmation email after your submission – you can view the status of your submitted events from your WiSciFest account page. If you have any questions about your event or need to make any changes, please reach out to us at info@wiscifest.org.
Thank you for registering your 2026 event! We look forward to adding your location to the map. Here’s what you can expect from us over the next few months and leading up to the festival:
Please note, you will not receive an automatic confirmation email after submitting an event. You can view your submitted events in your account to see what has been successfully submitted and track their status from draft to published! Do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns you may have regarding your event submission.
- Event Review: Within a few weeks, our team will review your submission to check for clarity or missing information. Once we review your submission, you will receive a confirmation email from us with next steps. Changes can be made to your web listing until October 1, 2026.
- Event Host Guide: Once your event listing is approved, we will send you additional details about the festival along with a digital Event Host Guide that includes marketing resources you can use to start promoting your official Wisconsin Science Festival event!
- Regular Check-ins: Be on the lookout for email reminders from us to update you on other festival happenings, such as our regional promotions, which can be leveraged in your own marketing efforts. We are also available to help with your questions at any point along the way.
- Event Host Kit: As we get closer to the festival, we will reach out to confirm details as well as arrange for delivery of your free Event Host Kit to help you promote your event. Events submitted by August 1st, 2026, will be eligible to receive a kit (while supplies last).
