Welcome to the Wisconsin Science Festival community!
On behalf of the Wisconsin Science Festival, thank you for registering your 2020 event! We look forward to adding your location to the map! Here’s what you can expect from us over the next few months:
- Event Review: Within a month, our team will review your submission to check for clarity or missing information. Once we review your submission, you will receive a confirmation email with links to your event’s listing on our website. Changes can be made to your web listing until October 1st, 2020. As a reminder, we are supporting events designed for 10 or fewer in-person participants, and we are especially encouraging online events.
- Venue Information Packet: Once your event listing is approved, we will send you additional details about the Festival along with marketing materials that you can use to promote your event.
- Regular Check-Ins: Be on the lookout for email reminders from us to update you on other Festival happenings. We will also inform you when any regional promotions are sent out for you to leverage in your own marketing efforts.
- Swag Orders: As we get closer to the Festival, we will reach out to confirm details as well as arrange for delivery of any available Festival swag you could use to help promote your event. We are continuing to explore what swag will be most useful this year given many events and sites having no, or limited, in-person access.
