Submit Your Statewide Festival Event
Update as of 06.27.2025 – If you submitted an event between June 5th and June 27th, we ask that you please resubmit or reach out to our team at info@wiscifest.org with your event details. We encountered an error on our website that prevented submissions from coming through properly that has since been resolved! Any submissions on or after June 27th should process as normal and you should receive an automatic confirmation email. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please reach out to us.
Complete the fields below to submit your event to the Wisconsin Science Festival. If you have any questions about your event, please reach out to us at info@wiscifest.org or read through our event submission tips.
Notes:
- Please start typing your organization or venue name and look through the existing list to be sure your org/venue is not already listed. If it is not listed, type your org/venue name and click “create”. If you are a UW system school, please look for your school name before building name (e.g., UW-Madison Discovery Building).
- The preferred aspect ratio for submitted images to be used as the event feature image is 16:9. Example: 1920x1080px or 1080x720px.
- Your contact information (name, phone number, email, and mailing address) will not be shared on your event listing. This information will be used by the festival team for communications related to your event only.
- If you are a presenter looking to share your science at Science on the Square and/or the Discovery Field Trip Expo, please visit our volunteer page to register for these events.
