Wolf Ecology Workshop

Join Northland College Professor Erik Olson, Timber Wolf Alliance Chair Adrian Wydeven, Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Wildlife Technician Sarah Boles and Timber Wolf Alliance Coordinator Melanie Michaels to learn the basics of wolf ecology and management—including natural history, identification, monitoring techniques, wolf-human conflicts, predator-prey ecology and wolf management. Lunch will be provided.

This workshop at the Northland College – Juhl Center for Science completes the first of two trainings for the DNR Volunteer Carnivore Tracker for winter wolf counts and the training for the TWA Speakers Bureau.
