The Science of Wine Tasting

Wine educator Sherry Seston will lead you through how to taste wine like a pro. No marketing or fancy words – just the biology & chemistry behind wine tasting and pairing. Knowing how the chemistry of wine affects your palate (aka your mouth & nose) will help you pick wines you like and enjoy them more! No prior wine or science knowledge required!
You will need:
- 1 bottle of Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon
- A few salty potato chips
- A few pickles or olives
- Cured meat or cheese (optional)
