Schrödinger’s Cat and Other Thought Experiments Corn Maze

Thursday10/2112:00 am - 11:59 pm

Our 2021 fifteen acre corn maze features an adorable cat sitting in a box, as cats often do. Surrounding the cat are the mysteries of the quantum world, human identity, ethics, calculus and string theory. Our theme this year includes Schrödinger’s infamous, simultaneously-dead-and-alive cat, as well other classic thought experiments: Ship of Theseus, The Trolley Problem and Zeno’s Arrow. And the bonus String Theory Maze is extra-challenging.

Part art installation, part outdoor escape room, part social experiment, the Treinen Farm corn mazes are designed and cut by us right here at the farm. The maze has multiple levels of challenge, so whether you are a directionally challenged first-timer, or a veteran of our twisty trails and secret locations, you’ll have a great experience. We also have hiking trails, eighteen acres of pumpkins, farm animals, lots of picnic spots, adventure playgrounds and plenty of interesting outdoor activities for all ages.

We take the risks of COVID very seriously, so please check our website for current safety protocols. Advance ticket purchase is highly recommended as we are limiting attendance to allow plenty of space for social distancing.
