PRE-FESTIVAL EVENT: Beginners Mushrooming and Foraging Safety

Meet some of our area’s fungal friends on this beginner and kid-friendly walk through Drummond Woods with Sonia Horowitz. We’ll learn about identifying fungi, their role in the forest ecosystem, and how to keep safe and respectful as we explore the fascinating world of fungi.

Meet in the Drummond Woods Trail parking lot on Old 63 N (FR 403), just north of Drummond. Registration required by September 1. Cost is $20 per adult, children free.
