Open House and Night Observing at the Milwaukee Astronomical Society

Friday10/206:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Mark your calendars for a free open house and night sky observing at the Milwaukee Astronomical Society in New Berlin, with a spooky theme. Tour a 90-year-old amateur observatory, one of the largest of its kind in the states, and take home a picture of a nebula, star cluster or galaxy if the weather cooperates.

We will also have tours and a presentation on “spooky” nebulas, featuring member-astrophotographers who will present on techniques and equipment to capture these celestial gems.

Learn more at milwaukeeastro.org. Volunteers will guide observing sessions on our many telescopes if the weather cooperates; this event will be held rain or shine.
