BioBlitz at Lake County Farm Park

Tuesday10/173:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Join Lussier Family Heritage Center for the Wisconsin Science Festival BioBlitz project. This project is statewide and aims to document all species within Wisconsin October 16-22.

On October 17, Lussier Family Heritage Center will provide an overview on how to use iNaturalist to document organisms and then we’ll head out on a hike to document as many species as we can find. We recommended downloading the iNaturalist app and creating an account prior to attending. If you don’t have access to the app, no worries, we will be heading out in groups!

This is a drop-in event. We will start the iNaturalist overview and hike at every half hour. Meet behind the Lussier Family Heritage Center at one of the following times:

3:00 p.m.
3:30 p.m.
4:00 p.m.
4:30 p.m.
5:00 p.m.
5:30 p.m.

This is an adult-focused program. Program is free and no registration is required.
