Welcome to the Wisconsin Science Festival community!

On behalf of the Wisconsin Science Festival, thank you for registering your 2024 event! We look forward to adding your location to the map! Here’s what you can expect from us over the next few months:

• Event Review: Within a month, our team will review your submission to check for clarity or missing information. Once we review your submission, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps. Changes can be made to your web listing until October 1, 2024. As a reminder, we are supporting events that can be conducted safely for all participants based on your local health guidelines in place at the time of the event.

• Event Host Guide: Once your event listing is approved, we will send you additional details about the festival along with a digital Event Host Guide that includes marketing resources you can use to start promoting your event as an official Wisconsin Science Festival event!

• Regular Check-Ins: Be on the lookout for email reminders from us to update you on other festival happenings, such as our regional promotions, which can be leveraged in your own marketing efforts. We are also available to help with your questions at any point along the way.

• Event Host Kit: As we get closer to the festival, we will reach out to confirm details as well as arrange for delivery of your free Event Host Kit to help you promote your event. Events submitted by August 1, 2024, will be eligible to request a kit (while supplies last).
